Requirements

Professional provides services(s) in the Netherlands.

Professional is registered and has a COC and VAT number.

Professional provides documentation of the registration in the chamber of e-commerce.

Professional provides services that fall under minimum one the following categories

  • Hair
  • Make up
  • Eyelashes
  • Eyebrows
  • Nails
  • Face Treatments
  • Body Treatments
  • Hair Removal

Professional provides examples of past work that has to satisfy Mollure’s quality and professional standards.

3-Step Validation Process

Step 1

  • Professional provides user information and examples of past work (e.g.Instagram business account link).
  • Subject to Mollure's validation of the submitted information, the professional proceeds to Step 2.

Step 2

  • Professional completes "Professional Template" in Dutch or English.
  • Subject to Mollure's validation, the professional proceeds to step 3.

Step 3

  • Professional provides all necessary business and payment details to our payment provider partner (Stripe), to process online payments. 

Online Booking

Booking for "Fixed Location" are automatically confirmed.

Booking for "Desired Location" is requested by the client.

Reschedule Booking

  • For "Fixed Location", the client can reschedule a booking to another available date and time up to the start of the treatment(s). However, the professional can communicate specific rules in "General Note" in "Professional Template".
  • For "Desired Location", a reschedule is requested by the client.

Change Booking

  • For "Fixed Location", the client can add or cancel (sub)services to a booking up to the start of the treatment(s). However, for canceling (sub)services in a booking, the professional can communicate specific rules in "General Note" in "Professional Template".
  •  For "Desired Location", adding (sub)services are requested by the client.

Cancel Booking

  • Client can cancel a booking up to the start of the treatment(s). However, the professional can communicate specific rules in "General Note" in "Professional Template".

Online Booking Process

  • Client selects the template "Fixed Location" or "Desired Location"
  • Client selects the (sub)services
  • Client can increase the number of units for the selected services 
  • Client selects team member if featured 
  • Client selects date and time
  • Client can add (sub)services 
  • Client provides a location in case of "Desired Location"
  • Client provides his/her phone number
  • Client can add a message to the booking
  • Client reviews the booking summary and completes the booking
  • Client can view his/her booking details under "Bookings"
  • Professional can view the booking details in the "Calendar" section

Payment And Invoice

Payment is done after the treatment(s).

Payment Options

  • Online – Direct Payment
  • For individual and company client
  • Online – Non-Direct Payment
  • Invoice with a due date, only for company client
  • Offline – Direct Payment
  • Cash or by card at location, for individual and company client
  • Offline – Non-Direct Payment
  • Invoice with a due date, only for company client

Invoice

It is possible to add, delete or adjust items on the drafted invoice: Price, VAT, services, products, km allowance, discount, and a due date.

Payment Process

  • After the service(s) are completed, professional clicks on the “checkout” button of the booking in the "Calendar" section.
  • Professional selects the payment option(s) (s)he wants to offer to the client.
  • Client selects a payment option.
  • An invoice is generated on the professional's screens which can be adjusted if needed.
  • Professional sends the invoice to the client.
  • Client receives the invoice via email and the Mollure web app and can pay online by clicking on the "Pay Now" button. 
  • The transaction status for online payments is managed automatically and manually for offline payments.
